The Derwent Hub of Versatility
The Derwent Hub of Versatility is a multi-functional facility offering library services, working spaces and sociable areas to the residents and tourists of Matlock. The facility will provide a central gathering point to unite the nearby communities and future community of Matlock Spa.
The building is designed to be sensitive to its surrounding environment and neighbouring buildings currently in
construction. The building achieves a BREEAM rating of Excellent and has multiple SUDS systems implemented to prevent the building from flooding as the site sits within Flood Zone 2.

The BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology course is a professionally-focused gateway to a career in the architecture industry.
